As soon as we receive your call or message, we arrange an onsite visit from your local Plumbdog plumber to assess the work that needs doing and provide you with a fully transparent quotation that covers everything so that there are no hidden charges when you engage our services! If you are happy with the quotation, we will ask you to sign it off and commence work immediately. If you’d like time to consider the quotation, the plumber will charge a $125 service fee for his time and expert advice and will then leave you with a quote to consider in your own time.
